Since this may be your first time getting a car online, we know it’s important to have total peace of mind that what you see is what you’ll get. We want you to LOVE your new car, not be forced to take something that isn’t what you wanted.

We guarantee that the car you order is the car you’ll receive. If your car is not as described, we’ll take it back and issue you a full refund. You can either switch to the right car or completely walk away with no obligation or penalty.

What our Peace of Mind Guarantee covers:

• The wrong car (example: order a Camry and receive an Altima)
• Far more miles than listed (example: odometer has 100 miles on it instead of 10)
• Not the model year you ordered
• Not the color you ordered
• Not the trim you ordered
• A car that is clearly not new

Additionally, you can always back out or change your order to a different car for any reason after placing your order as long as it’s before you receive final approval, which requires your signature. We only want you to be our customer if you want to be our customer. 

Our Peace of Mind Guarantee does not cover changing your mind after you have received the car (e.g., order a sedan then decide a couple days later that an SUV is preferred).
